Midnight Monday HockeyPuck

Our newest member of the gang, Puck, is settlin' in nicely. He's alot of fun to play with, but Lucky and I still hafta show him how to bath correctly. He has the nappin' down pat, he even sprawls out on the furniture and the box just like the rest of us. Here, he's makin' himself at home on the end of the recliner. If I step too far out there it falls down.

Frootbat Friday

Today's honorary froot is Chico. He's the daddy of Suzy Q and loves to pass those ears on to his offspring.

It's A HockeyPuck

Will you just look at what is sittin' in my spot. Yep, it's a kitten. Right on schedule too. Every 2 years we get a new family member and HGL turned 2 in July.

He's a miniature version of HGL but with a tail. His name is HockeyPuck or just Puck and we gotted him a week ago. He's a feral. He had never been petted by humans until the mom caught him with the feathers-on-a-stick. You sure can't tell though; he headbutts me every chance he gets.

I'm so unamused that I refused to face the camera. So the mom took a picture of my rotund midsection instead. Them is HGL's feet on the left. We are the same size except in the belly department, although, HGL is quickly catchin' up. We say it's because winter is comin' and we know that the humans are not gonna keep this house warm enough. Even Punkin is puttin' on weight.

Los Tres Amigos

The three friends. That's us. 'Cause us guys have to stick together.


When it's hot during the day we like to hang out by the watering hole in front of the AC.

After we cool off we head to the feeding station and stuff our faces with crunchies.




Later on, when it cools off, we hang out in the window and plot our next move to escape our captivity- and explore the out of doors.

One of the froots I have to live with. The ever annoying Suzy Q. Good lord, take a look at those ears.

My Trimmers

These are my claw trimmers. The mom uses them on my front claws but not on the back ones. That way I can sit on the mom and make biscuits and still defend myself if'n I ever get to go outside again.

I have to share them with the chihuahuas though.

HGL's New Movie

We're trying to put videos onto our posts. So far, we've gotten them out of the camera and onto YouTube. Then when we try to load them onto our blog, we can see them in preview, but we keep gettin' an error code when we try to publish. But, us being cats and all, we will not be discouraged by a little technical problem. Here is a promo still of things to come. We hope, maybe, someday. And yes, that is a dog he is gettin' licky with. His co-star is Suzy Q the chihuahua.
